Refund & Cancellation
Effective Date: July 8, 2026 | Standard policy governing institutional service deposits, milestone milestones, and engagement terminations.
1. Professional Service Retainers
Elite Growth Partners LLC provisons highly customized management consulting, custom workflow automation, branding architecture, and corporate strategic advisory modules. Because human capital allocation and analytical hours are dedicated explicitly upon agreement initialization, all initial project deposits and onboarding retainer payments are strictly non-refundable.
2. Engagement Cancellation Framework
Client entities may request a suspension or complete cancellation of active advisory retainers by providing a written notice at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the next scheduled billing cycle or milestone cutoff. Notice must be sent formally to our support or accounts desk. Upon receipt, all further milestone billings will be permanently frozen.
3. Delivered Intellectual Assets
Any custom strategy briefs, market research parameters, software integration assets, or transformation blueprints delivered to the client structure prior to the cancellation request date are considered fully rendered assets. No partial refunds or retroactive payment reversals will be granted for active phases that have already entered analytical production.
4. Dispute Resolution & Compliance
All billing procedures align completely with standard B2B commerce compliance codes in the state of Missouri[cite: 1]. In case of inadvertent duplicate transactions or error charges, the excess fee volume will be automatically identified and processed back to the original funding card/account within seven (7) banking days.
